Menu Planning Case Study: Keto

Meal planning goal:

Wife is expecting their first baby in one month.  Wanting a Personal Chef for at least through the first couple of months, maybe longer. Husband is Type 1 Diabetic and needs to know the carb count of what he eats. All meals must be low carb.


Seafood, Mexican food, especially fajitas.  Variety. Mild spice. Husband does not like mushy vegetables – do not overcook. They have been following KETO plan.


Husband does not like mushy vegetables or cauliflower.  No cilantro except in salsa. Wife does not like horseradish.
